Product Return Policy.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal, and we have no desire to have any of our customers dis-satisfied with any
of the products or services that we provide. To this end we offer a replacement, credit or complete refund on any
product returned, within 30 days of mail order shipping or retail purchase, should the customer not be satisfied
with the product, for whatever the reason.
The refund will include any shipping charges incurred by the customer shipping the product back to us within the
US. We limit our re-imbursement only to those costs mentioned above. See liability below.
Use of Customer Information.
As with any retail merchant we reserve the right to use your e-mail address, for the purpose of notifying you of
any upgrades, new products and other information that we feel may be of interest to you. The communications will
be kept to an absolute minimum and at all times you will be offered the opportunity to notify us of your desire
to be removed from our mailing list. Note. Should you provide your e.mail address at a later stage you will then
be re-instated on our mailing list.
Product Liability.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any product liability whatsoever, due to the variety of sources from which we obtain
the information provided on the CD-ROM and DVD products. Most of the information contained in our products is provided
by the FAA, NTSB and other government sources and is purely collected, collated and presented by us in a manner
preferred by our customers. Every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy and validity of materials at time of publishing.
Materials published by the relevant government departments can and do get updated at regular and irregular intervals
and therefore the final responsibility must lie with the user for ensuring that the materials are valid and current.
Finally, you as the customer have the final say regarding the way we conduct ourselves on the internet and how
